Hotel Reservation

  1. Definition of Regular Days and Holidays
    1. Definition of Holidays: Saturdays, national holidays, consecutive holidays, and every day of summer vacation and winter vacation.
    2. Definition of Regular Days: Sunday-Friday.
    3. Veteran, military, public, and teaching personnel who hold their identity certificates will be offered with a discount of one room. Such discount will not be provided to travel agency or tourism company.
  2. Regarding accommodation discount for first special force, please refer to accommodation discount for military personnel currently serving in the arm force (military, public, and teaching personnel).
  3. Our rooms are opened for reservation 3 months prior to current month. For example, rooms for July are opened for reservation at 08:30am of April 1st.
  4. Please prepay 30% deposit within 7 days after hotel reservation is confirmed.
  5. In cases where punctual check-in is unavailable due to typhoon, earthquake, or other force majeure (based on public announcement made by Nantou County Government), please contact our hotel reservation staff through phone call to have your check-in time postponed.
  6. Hotel Cancellation and Refund Policy
    1. 100% refund will be provided to those who inform us of the hotel cancellation 14 days before check-in.
    2. 70% refund will be provided to those who inform us of the hotel cancellation 10-13 days before check-in.
    3. 50% refund will be provided to those who inform us of the hotel cancellation 7-9 days before check-in.
    4. 40% refund will be provided to those who inform us of the hotel cancellation 4-6 days before check-in.
    5. 30% refund will be provided to those who inform us of the hotel cancellation 2-3 days before check-in.
    6. 20% refund will be provided to those who inform us of the hotel cancellation 1 day before check-in.
  7. No refund will be provided to those who inform us on the day of hotel check-in or who don’t inform us at all.
  8. For those who need to get their refund through ATM transfer or remittance payment, a total of NT$30-NT$50 handling fee will be incurred.
  9. Check-in Postponing
    1. Should there be a check-in postponing, please contact us through phone call 7 days prior to the hotel check-in. Check-in can be postponed to a maximum of 6 months, with only 2 chances provided for check-in postponing. After check-in postponing is made, no hotel refund will be provided. Guests who fail to check-in or have their check-in postponed on time are considered as giving up on their rights to check-in and will thus have their deposit confiscated.
    2. Check-in postponing is unacceptable on the date of check-in.
